Oluwatoba’s main practice areas are litigation and dispute resolution; corporate and commercial. He regularly advises companies on regulatory compliance and is involved in the conduct of legal due diligence investigations; advising blue chip companies on labour related issues, compliance with corporate statutory and regulatory matters as well as corporate governance issues. He has contributed immensely to the development of the Firm’s litigation practice.
