MUHAMMAD ALAAYA (Head of Litigation)

Muhammed is the head of the versatile litigation team of Legal Resources Alliance. He is head of the versatile Litigation team of Legal Resources Alliance.

He represents and advises local and international companies in the construction and engineering business, petroleum, shipping, banking, energy, telecommunications, real estates and financial services sectors in disputes before various courts and tribunals in Nigeria. 

Muhammad has extensive trial experience with particular emphasis on real property and commercial law disputes. His practice focus is in commercial law practice and litigation and he has acted in some of the largest commercial arbitrations in Nigeria. Muhammad’s responsibilities include overseeing the teams’ day to day activities, to evaluate the litigation portfolios of target companies involved in financing, investments, mergers and acquisitions. He is also a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Certified Mediator.
