ABIOLA AYENI (MRS) – Managing Partner

Mrs Abiola Ayeni is a partner and wife of the Principal partner Dr Olatunde Ayeni.

She studied at the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye(now Olabisi Onabanjo University) and graduated in 1990 with LL.B Hons degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar Association after attending the Nigerian Law School, Lagos.

Mrs Abiola Ayeni co-founded the firm with her husband in 1994 and has since remained a strong pillar to the Legal Practise, she deputises for Dr Ayeni in a Legal Advisory capacity and other aspects of managing the practise. Her core practice areas are: Corporate Law and general Law of Contract.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
